Hey There!

I'm Rehmat: The Trauma Alchemist + someone who really walks the walk. I 'stumbled' into trauma healing a few years ago when I ran a series of mental health interventions in inner-city London schools. As part of the work, I was sent on trainings to identify and support children with trauma...long story short, this triggered memories that had laid completely dormant of my own childhood traumas, and I had no choice but to alchemise them or live in misery. I chose to finally sit in the driver's seat of my life, and it was the best decision I ever made! It's become my life's work to be an expert on trauma + support other women through their own somatic trauma alchemy - so they don't feel alone or waste years 'healing' without actually shifting the trauma blocking them from the things they desire. Myself and my clients are living proof that trauma can be alchemised, no matter how big or small, and I'm beyond excited to support you, too.

Can I come on my own?

Yes, we highly recommend it! This community is a beautiful place to make new friends.

What if I’m late?

We ask you to arrive 15 mins beforehand to settle into the space. Please check your journey time beforehand so you don’t miss anything - but if that’s not possible drop us an email at [email protected] + make your way to us ASAP.

Where is it?

The day retreat is taking place in central London - nearest tube Old Street, you’ll receive the details via email a week before.

When is it?

10am - 5pm. Please arrive 15 mins early!

What about lunch?

Since we’re in the heart of London there will be ample choice when it comes to lunch! We’ll break for about an hour for you to go away, find something to eat + come back.

What should I bring?

A bottle of water, yoga mat + blanket.

I’m new to trauma work: can I still join?

This day retreat is great for people who’ve never done trauma work - as well as being a powerful practice for those already on their trauma healing journey.

Is lunch included?

Since we're in London + there are lots of lovely eateries around, we'll give you a break to find something to eat instead - this means you can pick whatever you'd like!

I have a health condition: can I still join?

Please let us know if you have a health condition or are on antidepressants/anti-psychotics at [email protected]. We may give you half a dose of cacao + encourage you to breathe a little differently during the breathwork. You will still receive 100% of the benefits because the energy vibration in the entire room will shift positively - your energy included.
